Our website sells online courses and digital educational products. Since these products are delivered electronically, the following policy applies.
1. Digital Products
All products are digital. No physical goods are shipped or returned.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, including in situations such as:
- Duplicate payments for the same order.
- Successful payment without order confirmation.
- Failure to deliver the purchased product due to a verified technical issue.
- Incorrect or defective access details that we cannot resolve within a reasonable time.
- Other circumstances where a refund is required by applicable law.
3. Change of Mind
Please review the course description, features and price before purchasing. A change of mind, by itself, does not guarantee a refund, particularly after digital content has been delivered or accessed. This does not limit any refund or consumer rights available under applicable law.
4. How to Request a Refund
Send an email to ugaler310@gmail.com with the following details:
- Customer name.
- Registered email address.
- Order ID or Cashfree transaction reference.
- Date and amount of payment.
- Reason for the refund request.
- Relevant screenshots, if available.
5. Review and Processing
We will review the request and communicate our decision within a reasonable time. Approved refunds will be initiated through the original payment channel wherever supported and permitted.
The time taken for the refunded amount to appear in the customer’s account may depend on the payment provider and the customer’s bank.
6. Failed Transactions
If money has been debited but the order is not confirmed, contact us with your transaction details. We will verify the payment status and assist with order confirmation or an eligible refund.
7. Cancellation
Once a digital product has been delivered or course access has been activated, cancellation may not be available except where permitted by our policy or required by law.
